Welcome to Lattice: Daily Logic ("Lattice"), operated by Jeong Inc. By downloading, installing, or playing Lattice on iOS or iPadOS, or by visiting jeonginc.org/lattice, you agree to these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard Apple EULA).
1. License & Permitted Use
Jeong Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lattice on any Apple-branded iPhone or iPad that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Lattice Pro One-Time Lifetime Pass ($4.99)
- Non-Consumable Entitlement: Lattice Pro (`com.kjwjeong.lattice.lifetime_pass`) is a one-time non-consumable In-App Purchase priced at $4.99 USD (or local App Store currency equivalent). It is not a recurring subscription.
- Benefits: Permanently removes all third-party advertisements and unlocks unlimited access to all historical daily puzzles in the Calendar Archive.
- Restore Purchases & Refunds: You may restore your Lattice Pro entitlement across devices signed into the same Apple ID using the in-app "Restore Purchase" button. Because billing is handled exclusively by Apple, any refund requests must be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Intellectual Property
All software code, puzzle generation algorithms (`DailySeedGenerator`, `QueensGenerator`, `ShikakuGenerator`, `ZipGenerator`, `TangoGenerator`), visual design systems, and the Archimedes 3D geometric origami owl character assets are the copyrighted intellectual property of Jeong Inc.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Lattice is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jeong Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
